Mug shot camera at PCHS

What a find! This late 19th century or early 20th century camera which was used by the prison photographer to take mug shots was found at the Risdon Gaol. It was originally used at the old Hobart Gaol, according to the manager of the Penitentiary Historic Chapel Historic Site, located next to the old Hobart Gaol in Campbell Street.
