Dr Anne Matz in her 100th year

Dr Anne Matz celebrated her 100th birthday on September 14, 2008.
She joined the Hobart High School staff in 1956, and retired in 1968.

Hobart High School

By the late 1950s, the school was renamed Hobart High School, and renamed again in 1963 as the Hobart Matriculation College. The school moved to Mt Nelson in the 1970s, and the building is now occupied by a funeral business.
